Perfect location, excellent stuff, my fourth stay at the facilities and I look forward to my next stay.

Our room was upgraded, which was a very nice thing to do. The room was clean and well equipped, including small details like wine opener, plates etc.

It is a beautiful village , especially the old town and the river below. We stayed at the top room, it was big with sofa and fireplace
The rooms are with a country design, very quiet and peacefull, easy to go down to the river for a beautiful walk
The bed was so comfortable and the blankets were soft and warming
Just perfect. We will definitely return again

Maria was such an excellent hostess. The lodge is very traditional in old Kakopetria. You can hear the river running by and there are beautiful flowers around the outside of the lodge. The room was lovely, had a fireplace, central heating, a bath and a small fridge. Very homely. Breakfast was continental with a selection of cold meat, cheese, salad and toast. What I did miss was something hot like bacon and eggs. Nothing is too much trouble, Maria is a very lovely friendly lady.

I liked the big bathroom with bath tube and decent hot water supply, and since it was cold, I really appreciated the central heating. A cattle plus tea and coffee were provided, and the veranda seemed very nice to me. Breakfast was pretty good.

Mrs Maria is the best host in Cyprus mountains!!!

Maritsas rooms are a family business, situated in the old part of Kakopetria, renovated plainly, with stone and wood, in the traditional way of the area. Mrs Maria was super helpful, she even provided us wood for the fire place, our room had all we needed, lovely view from our furnished balcony, quiet, good breakfast and overall a pleasant stay! We will definitely go back.
